Setup times vary depending on the size and complexity of the installation. The average time for most setups require a minimum of 90 mins.

We will coordinate timing during the planning process.

Grab-and-go options, for select products, are available to be picked up if setup times pose a conflict. 

Yes, our grab-and-go garlands are a budget-friendly option that allows you to pick up a pre-assembled balloon garland and install it yourself.

All installations offer a standard of either 2 or 3 balloon colors based on the product type. You will have the option to add additional colors for an additional fee. 

Yes! We offer custom backdrops, Chiara walls, and other event rentals based on availability.

Indoor balloon decor can last several days to weeks depending on environmental conditions. Outdoor intallations have a shorter lifespan due to weather, heat, wind and direct sunlight.

Yes, but outdoor decor is subject to weather conditions. Longevity cannot be guaranteed.

When booking outdoor events, it is recommended to plan for decor to placed in a shaded area and out of direct sunlight to reduce the occurance of balloon popping.

Retainers are non-refundable. However, depending on the circumstances and notices provided, we may be able to transfer your booking to a new date. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Yes! We offer vision board mockups and detailed renderings mockups to help you visualize your desired ballon installation.

If you desire either a vision board or detailed rendering mockup before securing your event date and paying your retainer fee, it will be offered as an add-on service.
