To ensure adequate planning and availability, Inflate It! Balloon Decor recommends that all event installations are booked at least 30 days prior to the event date. Requests submitted within 14 days of the event may be accepted based on availability, but are not guaranteed.
Please note that submitting a booking inquiry does not secure your event date. All bookings are considered tentative until the event date, installation time, venue details, and design requirements have been approved, and a 50% non-refundable retainer has been received. Once these requirements have been met, your booking will be officially confirmed and reserved.
