To ensure every installation is delivered with the highest level of quality and service, travel fees are assessed based on event location. Travel charges are calculated from our home studio in Kernersville, NC and include transportation, setup logistics, and travel time.

Travel fees begin at $25 and increase based on distance. Events located outside our standard service area will receive a custom travel quote.

Parking, tolls, valet fees, and venue-specific access charges will be added to the final invoice when applicable.
