This agreement confirms that Inflate It! Balloon Decor will provide custom balloon décor and event styling services as agreed upon by both parties.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Remaining balances are due no later than 24 hours before the event. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.

All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of payments already made.

Outdoor balloon décor is subject to weather conditions including wind, rain, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for weather-related damage after setup is completed.

Once the installation is completed and accepted, Inflate It! Balloon Decor, is not responsible for popped balloons, guest damage, pets, children, or venue-related damage.

All stands, frames, backdrops, and rental items remain the property of Inflate It! Balloon Decor. Clients are responsible for damaged, missing, or stolen items.

We reserve the right to photograph completed décor setups and use images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.
